Common questions

What do I need to take a measurement?
A photo of a person on a bicycle, taken straight on, with the rider upright and the handlebars visible. You tap the two ends of your handlebars so the app knows the scale.

Why does it ask for my handlebar width?
The bar width is the ruler. The app uses it to turn pixels into centimetres. Measure the bar at the outer ends, or at the outer drops for a drop bar.

Can I use a photo from my library?
Yes. Choose "Or choose from library" on the camera screen.

The outline missed part of me or the bike.
Open the correction editor and tap or paint the region you want in or out. A corrected outline is marked as corrected.

Does it send my photos anywhere?
No. Everything happens on your phone. See the privacy policy.

How is the number made?
See how the number is made.
